AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS, a global leader in secure access control, is hiring a Product Manager to guide product lines from development to market readiness. You will optimize offerings, lead portfolio management, and monitor profitability while collaborating across departments to deliver innovative products.

Responsibilities include market requirements development, pricing management, and go-to-market planning, with close cooperation with Engineering and Global Product Management.

• Define market requirements through market research and ongoing customer visits; monitor trends.
• Oversee product pricing management and price adjustments; edit pricelists.
• Improve product documentation and create tools to support the Sales Team globally.
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan with cross-department execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define development requirements and lifecycle.
• Support Global Product Manager in lifecycle and portfolio management.
• Assist area sales with product inquiries and act as internal/external evangelist.

FUNCTION

Asa Product Manager, you will work within the Marketing & Product ManagementTeam to guide a cross-departmental team that is charged with the product linesmanagement & improvement as a division.

This extends fromimproving the documentation and pricing and sales support tools but alsomonitoring and maximizing the profitability of existing products to developingnew products.

You will drive theprocess of optimizing our product offering and releasing new products to themarket to ensure our product scope is successfully viable

Your KeyResponsibilities:

• Product life cycle and portfolio management.Analysis of product portfolio, suggest new product development /improvement, management of discontinued products.
• Specifying market requirements for current andfuture products by conducting market research supported by on-going visitsto customers and stakeholders and monitor competitor activity and industrytrends.
• Product pricing management – new product pricing,price adjustment, pricelist editing.
• Improving Product Documentation and creatingtools to support the Sales Team globally
• Developing and implementing a company-widego-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

You will:

• Work with an Engineering counterpart to defineproduct management & development requirements.
• Work closely with the GlobalProduct Manager in product life cycle and portfolio management
• Support the area sales manager with any productinquiry.
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist foryour product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.
