Job summary

Menarini Benelux is seeking a Product Manager to shape our market presence by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. You will work at the heart of cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

You will lead the translation of high-level strategy into actionable plans, stay ahead of market trends, and build strong partnerships across sales, medical, regulatory, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with a scientific background.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Fluent in Dutch & French; good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Translate strategy into concrete, high-impact actions.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitors.
• Create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for the healthcare market.

Who Are You?

• You possess a young, dynamic spirit and a high level of professional energy
• You are a master communicator and presenter, fluent both in Dutch and French (a must) with good knowledge of English
• You hold a Master’s degree with a scientific background (Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical, etc)
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative and also minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (a must)
• You combine analytical thinking with a results‑oriented approach
• You have the ability to shine both independently and as a team player
• You have a genuine passion for healthcare and want to know that your work improves lives every single day.
