Product Management Assistant Elektrotechniek (M/V/X)

Location: Waregem – reporting to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Detect customer queries and process product code requests from sales.
• Manage incoming price lists and support article administration.
• Provide pre‑sales support by informing customers on prices, delivery times and alternatives.
• Handle all promotional administration, from promotion set‑up to results processing and allocation of promotional items.
• Contribute to consistent marketing on chosen channels and supply layout, photos, and marketing material for customer channels.
• Follow financial budgets and credit notes for promotional activities closely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in office management, business management or comparable experience.
• Preferred prior experience in administrative support.
• Excellent command of Dutch; proficiency in English and French.
• Organised, communicative and strong team spirit.
