• Preferred prior experience in administrative support.

Responsabilités

• Detect customer queries and process product code requests from sales.
• Manage incoming price lists and support article administration.
• Provide pre-sales support by informing customers on prices, delivery times and alternatives.
• Handle all promotional administration from promotion set-up to results processing.
• Contribute to consistent marketing on chosen channels.
