What’s Cooking Group in Belgium is seeking a New Product Coordinator to manage cross-functional product launches and changes, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain. You will own the new product creation process, ensure steps are completed on time, and manage packaging data and supplier communications for artwork and validation.

Responsabilités

• You will work on various projects within Marketing and the wider organisation, taking ownership of your projects.
• You coordinate new product launches, product changes and phase-outs, working closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain.
• You take ownership of the new product creation process, making sure all steps are completed and stakeholders meet the agreed deadlines for a successful and timely launch.
• You create and maintain the necessary product data and specifications for packaging.
• You work closely with suppliers to exchange all information required for new packaging, including artwork, and ensure the necessary internal validation processes are completed.
• You bring the right colleagues around the table and make sure all key stakeholders are aligned and prepared for upcoming product launches.
• Together with Marketing, you closely follow customer launch timings and priority projects, proactively taking action when priorities or timelines change.
