As a Product Industrial Manager, you will oversee product industrial performance across quality, cost and delivery, coordinating industrialization activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing and supply chain teams from design to serial production.

The Assignment

As a Product Industrial Manager, you will oversee product industrial performance across quality, cost and delivery.

You will coordinate industrialization activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing and supply chain teams, from product design through serial production, repair and long-term product support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing product industrial performance across quality, cost and delivery throughout the complete product life cycle
• Defining industrial requirements and contributing to concurrent engineering and design-to-cost activities
• Coordinating product industrialization work packages, prototypes and industrial deliverables
• Defining efficient industrial schemes for serial production and repair activities
• Creating and maintaining the manufacturing bill of materials and the industrial breakdown structure
• Identifying and managing industrial risks through product and process FMEA, supported by appropriate action plans
• Ensuring product manufacturability, testability, repairability and long-term industrial sustainability
• Driving cost optimization, lead-time reduction and product quality improvements
• Monitoring industrial maturity through indicators such as first-pass yield, production cost, lead time and failure rates
• Managing product traceability, retrofit plans, obsolescence topics and redesign proposals when required
• Investigating industrial non-conformities and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting sourcing and supplier quality teams during supplier qualification, follow-up and quality-related escalations

You will work closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including engineering, industrialization, production, quality, procurement, planning and sourcing teams. You will also coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors and may supervise industrial contributors.

Who are you?

• You have an engineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• You have approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in product industrial management, industrialization or a comparable role.
• You understand manufacturing processes, industrial performance and product life-cycle management, and you are comfortable coordinating several stakeholders and industrial priorities at the same time.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial performance
• Experience with product life-cycle management and industrialization activities
• Experience with product and process FMEA and industrial risk management
• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation, including manufacturing bills of materials and industrial breakdown structures
• Ability to monitor and improve quality, cost, lead-time and production performance indicators
• Experience with root-cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Professional working proficiency in English
