Qargo is seeking a Product Experience Tester in Ghent to bridge engineering and customers. You will manually test features during development from the perspective of a planner or invoicing clerk, ensuring flows make sense and work as intended.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to flag unclear or broken areas, review error messages, and help improve the product using AI-assisted testing in a hybrid work setup with clear ownership and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine product perspective focusing on user experience
• Experience testing or navigating software is a plus
• Comfort with AI tools to improve testing speed and thoroughness

Aufgaben

• Manually test new features during development from a user perspective
• Verify that built features match Product Owner descriptions
• Walk through end-to-end user flows and flag confusing steps
• Review error messages for clarity and usefulness
• Use AI to improve testing and maintain AI-based tests
• Report findings and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to prioritize fixes
• Provide feedback loop to catch usability issues before customers see it
