Job summary

BV Azumuta in Ghent seeks a Product/Brand Designer to unify the product experience and brand presence across the product, shop-floor workflows, and external materials. You will shape how we present our technology to customers and collaborate across teams to ensure a clear, consistent Azumuta identity.

You will translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences, using Figma and AI-enabled tools, and contribute to marketing and sales materials with a strong visual perspective.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in product, UI or brand design.
• A portfolio showing craft and thinking.
• Experience with AI-assisted design processes is a plus.

Your mission

Make Azumuta intuitive to use and easy to understand. You bring product and brand design together, shaping both the product experience and how we present it to the world. From a shop floor workflow to our website or a sales presentation, you make every touchpoint feel clear, consistent and distinctly Azumuta.

What you will do

• Design product features and workflows with product and engineering, from early ideas to shipped interfaces.

• Turn complex, technical shop floor workflows into intuitive experiences that help people get their work done.

• Bring our product’s value to life through clear, compelling visuals for our website, pricing page, marketing campaigns and sales materials.

• Create reusable assets and a practical process for keeping sales and marketing materials aligned with the latest product developments.

• Build and evolve a consistent visual language across our product and brand.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to understand user needs and business priorities.

• Help shape how we design with AI—from working with agents in our codebase to designing directly in code and evaluating new tools.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You…

• You have a few years of experience in product, UI or brand design, with a portfolio that shows your craft and thinking.

• You enjoy working at a fast pace, turning ideas into work we can ship, and improving it through feedback.

• Figma is familiar territory, and AI is already part of your design process. You experiment with AI agents, emerging design tools or designing directly in code—and can explain what works for you and why.

• You are curious about complex workflows and enjoy making them clear and intuitive. Manufacturing experience is not required; an interest in the industry is.

• You have a strong visual eye and can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions.

• You speak English fluently. Dutch or French is a plus.

• You enjoy working alongside your teammates in the office and collaborating in person.
