Qargo in Ghent is seeking a Product Analyst who sits at the intersection of product, technology and customer success. You will turn customer insights into a clear product direction and work with our CEO and product team to shape the Transport Management System, simplifying logistics workflows and delivering real value.

This role is hands-on: you will talk to users, understand problems, and translate them into user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a product-related role.
• Experience with user research and translating insights into product features.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ownership within a product domain of Qargo's Transport Management System.
• Talk to customers continuously to uncover underlying problems beyond requested features.
• Prioritize feedback against short-, mid-, and long-term product goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and customer success to design and build valuable features.
• Manage internal and external communication of new product releases.
