Sterisys in Eynatten, Belgium is seeking a Procurement Specialist to independently manage purchasing activities from RFQ to PO. You will qualify suppliers, monitor deliveries, and support inventory management in a global, ISO-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a business/engineering degree, strong ERP and Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with English proficiency and extra language knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage procurement of components and services from quotes to purchase orders.

• Participate in requirements planning and inventory management.
• Analyze and optimize processes, contribute to standardization and automation.
• Support customer service and handle inquiries, spare parts, orders, and deliveries.

To grow our team in Eynatten (Belgium) we are looking for:

Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

Permanent contract in full or part time

YOUR TASKS

• Independent management of the procurement of components and services, from requesting quotations to placing purchase orders
• Identification and selection of new suppliers, including their qualification and evaluation in accordance with our quality management system
• Proactive monitoring of delivery schedules, quality requirements and budget compliance
• Participation in requirements planning and inventory management
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes, actively contributing to their standardization, digitalization and automation
• Support for the customer service team and provision of cover when required, particularly in handling customer inquiries, spare parts requests, order processing and deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in business, economics, engineering or an equivalent qualification, complemented by relevant professional experience and/or further training
• Independent, structured and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong interest in improving efficiency and digitalizing processes
• Good command of ERP systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong customer orientation, excellent negotiation skills and confident interpersonal communication
• Professional experience in purchasing, procurement or a related field is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and an interest in products, components and technical environments are an advantage
• Experience working in a certified environment (e.g. ISO 9001 or ISO 13485) is an advantage
• Good command of English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
