EXMAR Group in Antwerp, Belgium is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Officer to reinforce the EXMAR Shipmanagement Procurement & Logistics team in Antwerp. You will ensure timely, efficient and economical procurement and delivery of materials, equipment and services for floating infrastructure projects, supporting continued project development as part of the project procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in a highly technical environment.
• Excellent and assertive communicator with stakeholders.
• Independence to manage a wide range of responsibilities autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Instruct vendors on order requirements and delivery timelines, monitor and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics to project sites and align with critical path of the project.
• Organize and lead quality assurance activities with manufacturing sites.
• Oversee receipt and archiving of compliance and quality documentation.
• Support price negotiations and sourcing of materials, equipment and services.
• Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to market research.
