Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) invites applications for a Junior Procurement Officer based at BRU and LGG. You will support the Procurement function with operational purchasing, supplier onboarding, and documentation, while receiving on-the-job training under supervision.

The role suits a motivated junior professional with strong organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Procurement experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Handle low-value procurement requests from initiation to completion.
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitor order acknowledgements and supplier delivery dates.
• Maintain supplier files and documentation for compliance and audits.
• Support data quality initiatives and procurement databases.
