Shurgard Self-Storage is seeking a Procurement Administration Manager who will lead a PO team, oversee supplier onboarding controls, and ensure accurate 3-way matching within SAP S/4 HANA. The role focuses on financial controls, process optimization, and data synchronization between systems.

You will coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, IS, HR, Marketing, and local management in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, supervising 3 procurement process administrators to deliver timely POs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in system-driven procurement processes and improvements.
• At least 7 years of experience in accounting, controlling or related fields.
• 3+ years in financial management and leadership roles.
• Experience with SAP (MM/FI modules); SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage POs within SAP S/4 HANA ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee vendor master data governance and onboarding controls to prevent data pollution.
• Maintain product catalogues with correct GL accounts, cost centres and tax codes.
• Oversee PO lifecycle from creation to fulfilment and ensure goods/services receipt.
