Cordeel Group in Antwerp is seeking a Procurement Support Officer to drive purchasing administration for the Oosterweel Link project. You will prepare purchase orders, manage office-supply orders, and coordinate documentation to keep costs and processes accurate and on track.

You will support managers, buyers and project managers, maintain calendars and the shared mailbox, and suggest smarter procurement ideas.

Qualifications

• At least a secondary school diploma.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare purchase orders for goods and services and follow them up closely.
• Prepare documents for costs to be recharged to our partners.
• Manage and follow up on orders for office supplies and consumables.
• Initiate administrative procedures on time and ensure they are correctly implemented and followed up.
• Prepare files, gather the necessary information, and independently follow them through to completion.
• Make sure documents get where they need to go, from sending and distributing them to filing and archiving.
• Manage calendars and, where necessary, take care of the department's shared mailbox.
• Provide administrative support to managers, buyers, and project managers.
• Look beyond your own responsibilities and actively contribute ideas on how we can make our processes smarter and more efficient.
