Cordeel Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver the Oosterweel Link in Antwerp, one of Belgium’s largest infrastructure projects. You’ll own your project segment, lead engineers and site managers, and ensure planning, budget, quality and safety are on track.

You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and partners, tackle challenges, and report clearly on progress. A decisive, people-focused leader will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent command of English and strong leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own your part of the project from preparation through execution.
• Lead and motivate project engineers, site managers and other team members.
• Keep planning, budget, quality and safety on track — and act when they’re not.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and partners.
• Stay ahead of technical and organisational challenges.
• Make decisions, solve problems and keep the project moving.
• Follow up on commitments and keep reporting clear and focused.
• Drive smarter, more efficient delivery and strengthen safety culture on site.
