Jobbeschreibung

As part of the External Seller Support Management team within the Marketplace Operations department of Decathlon Digital Commerce, you will be involved in key operational streams and strategic projects that help our marketplace run efficiently, reliably, and at high quality. Your core focus areas will include:

• Quality Management: Leading quality assurance initiatives across marketplace operations. You will perform deep-dive audits on CSAT and reviews across Seller Support, Catalog, and related services, while establishing and implementing a unified Quality Framework across all teams. In addition, you will own, challenge, and redesign operational dashboards and reporting suites to turn data insights into actionable service-level enhancements.
• Seller Support Operations: Supporting the coordination and workflow management between our internal Seller Support team and external partners. You will act as a key operational link to ensure alignment, resolve escalations, and drive continuous process improvements to deliver a best-in-class seller experience.
• Catalog Operations & Management: Overseeing and optimizing marketplace catalog workflows. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to streamline product onboarding, enhance catalog data quality, maintain taxonomy consistency, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Payment Operations (Lemonway): Working closely with our payment service provider, Lemonway, to track and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will assist with day-to-day operational topics.
• Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration: Supporting the mapping, streamlining, and externalization of operational processes across Seller Support, Catalog, and Payments. You will act as a central hub for cross-functional communication, keeping internal departments aligned through regular updates, presentations, and progress tracking.
