ASM is seeking a Technican II, Process Engineering to enable a team developing new processes and applications for state-of-art integrated device flows. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering/physics/materials science or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of physics of semiconductor devices and/or characterization.
• Experience with metrology tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with ASM Corporate R&D equipment in the lab.
• Work with metrology equipment to measure and characterize wafers for our process development teams.
• Develop new metrology recipes and/or techniques.
• Perform lab operational work.
• Deliver creative solutions to improve operations in the lab.
