Milliken Textiles is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer for our Ghent plant. You will manage production processes from raw materials to finished products and coordinate process improvement projects.

The role requires a degree in industrial or chemical engineering, at least some professional experience, and knowledge of processing systems. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus SAP, are preferred. Join a global team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least first professional experience; textiles or chemicals is a plus.
• Knowledge of processing systems; Lean management is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; translate plans into actions.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; SAP knowledge.
• Practical, proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Investigate causes of customer and internal complaints using QA tools and follow CAPAs on the shop floor and for incoming goods.
• Inspect incoming goods quality.
• Regularly check production process quality.
• Provide training or ensure it is delivered.
• Support improvement projects and lead internal and environmental audits; ensure waste separation.
• Provide support regarding ISO 14001/45001 standards.
