ITZU Executive Search is recruiting a Cross-functional Quality Manager for a leading European textile manufacturer active in West Belgium and internationally. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on quality control across spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes.

You will drive audits and certifications (ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex, BlueSign), analyze data, and coach teams to embed a quality-first culture, ensuring fabrics meet European standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in textiles with industrial or hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communicator capable of collaborating with production teams and senior management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent product quality across all production stages and sites.
• Lead audits, certifications (ISO 9001, Oeko-Tex, BlueSign).
• Analyze cross-site quality data and implement improvements.
• Bridge between production, R&D, laboratories and subcontractors.
• Coach shop-floor teams to embed a quality-first mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives rooted in operations.
