Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Process Engineer in Gent, Belgium to drive continuous improvement across the material handling department. You will lead manufacturing process optimization, analyze equipment performance and coordinate improvements with operations and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in process engineering, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with production planning and reporting in Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a process engineer with proven track record designing, developing & optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing and coating process issues.
• Previous industrial production planning or material handling process improvement experience.
• Professional working experience creating PowerBi reports.
• Professional working experience creating uptime and downtime reports.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline.

• Coordinate production planning, inventory management and processes in the Material Handling Department.
• Lead product quality improvement initiatives.
