Lonza is seeking a Process Engineer Manufacturing in Bornem to support Operations, R&D, and Quality in driving improvements using Six Sigma and Lean methods. The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences (Civil Engineer) and fluency in English and Dutch, with a focus on complex engineering tasks and strong problem solving.

• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Adjust process parameters in consultation with production management.
• Prioritize activities for production machine changes and special productions.
• Discuss shift report and initiate actions with production and M&E departments.
• Daily inspection of capsule machines for quality and quantity; implement actions.
• Maintain contacts with production operators, mechanics and QA engineers.
• Supervise GMP cleanliness and hygiene in the production room.
• Guard process capabilities and standardize processes.
• Train new operators in capsule production and procedures.
• Propose and implement process changes per quality/capital/HFC/HCM programs.
