Job summary

Materialise Medical is seeking a Process Engineer to join the HQ Process Engineering team in Leuven. You will lead cross-functional projects in CMF product development and manufacturing process development, becoming the technical GoTo for development and operations questions.

You will drive validation programs, ensure manufacturability, and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with device development and biosafety, quality and regulatory teams, owning process

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering.
At least 2 years in process/validation engineering in regulated industries.
Design Transfer and/or Additive Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Quality oriented with eye for detail and strong problem solving.
Strong English verbal & written skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional agile team on CMF product development and manufacturing process development.
Develop expertise in additive manufacturing, post-processing, cleaning and quality inspection.
Collaborate with device development team to define product specifications for process validation.
Own validation programs for manufacturing processes and equipment.
Plan and analyze process characterization studies to understand parameter impact.
Drive process development and operational rollout of changes and provide necessary documentation.
