Aufgaben

• Provide professional and personalized food and beverage service from guest arrival to departure.
• Assist with mise en place preparation and maintain cleanliness of back of house areas.
• Support with service execution and guest interaction to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Ensure table settings and service standards meet SOP.
• Monitor inventory and minimize breakage and wastage.
