ING Belgium is seeking a Sales & Services Officer for Private Banking. The role provides commercial and administrative support to Private Bankers and Asset Managers, serving as the first contact for clients and internal services. You will build trusted client relationships through regular contact and help prepare client visits.

You will actively participate in campaigns and digitization efforts, coordinate file handling, and promote ING's digital solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both national languages.
• Good knowledge of ING banking products, especially investments.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial and administrative support to Private Bankers and Asset Managers.
• Be the first contact for Private Banking clients, offices and internal services.
• Build relationships with clients through regular contact and act as a trusted advisor.
• Plan and prepare client visits for Private Bankers.
• Participate in commercial actions and digitization campaigns.
• Coordinate handling of client files.
• Guide clients toward ING's digital solutions.
