Victrix Legion in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and procurement programs. You will coordinate with international stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of data centers, networking, security, and end-user devices.

Strong background in Agile/PM, ITIL, supplier negotiations, and NATO procurement is required; experience with international teams and senior management briefings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years post-related experience or 6 years extensive related experience in duties of the post.
• Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP.
• Recent experience in project management for large, international organizations.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and international/industrial standards.
• Experience with Project Management Tools and Agile projects (Agile PM, Scrum).
• Experience in Service Management (ITIL V3 or V4) and supplier/contract management.
• Experience in an international environment with military and civilian elements and NATO ICT procurement processes.
• Experience in large IT infrastructure projects (data centers, networking, security, end user devices).
• Strong communication skills for briefings and presentations to senior management.

Minimum Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree, at a nationally recognized /certified University in a related discipline, and 3 years post-related experience
• Or exceptionally, the lack of a degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post
• A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP
• Recent experience (at least five years) and knowledge in the successful project management for a large, preferably international, organization
• Knowledge and experience in state-of-the‑art technologies, relevant to the work and familiarity with related international / commercial / industrial standards
• Proactive attitude in seeking and maintaining trust from stakeholders
• Extensive experience with Project Management Tools
• Experience and certification in Agile Project Management (Agile PM, Scrum)
• Experience and certification in Service Management (i.e. ITIL V3 or V4)
