Fujitsu is seeking a senior technical lead in Belgium to manage multidisciplinary teams delivering deployable mobile infrastructure and MBSE-driven system integration. You will guide design and verification activities for modern communications equipment and ensure quality across the lifecycle.

The role requires a Master's or equivalent experience with several years in systems engineering, architecture modelling, and field deployment.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post related experience.

Description du poste

• Proven experience of managing teams of technical personnel
• Knowledge of current and future Mobile Infrastructure(Deployable, Dispersible, Highly mobile CIS) technologies
• Experience with design and systems integration (e.g. AC Po andassociated fuel storage, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS))
• Good understanding of current and future Wireless technologiesand trends (to include SATCOM)
• Experience with Architecture modelling language(s) (UML,SysML, ArchiMate, etc.), preferably in the context of c.)and Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience in applying quality assurance practices
• Sound experience in development, implementation, fielding,testing and maintenance of modern communications equipment

Education: A Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or aBachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.

Training/Certifications: ITIL Foundation; PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Project Management.
