Qualifications

• Higher vocational training with 2 years post-related experience, or secondary with 4 years post-related experience.
• Practical experience implementing ITIL Service Operations processes, preferably in an Operations Centre.
• Experience in large corporate environments with matrixed structures.
• Familiarity with analyzing business processes, project management and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to assess feasibility of changes and manage execution of improvements.
• Good knowledge of Telecommunications/Network/IT solutions and products.
