Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a software/engineering field required.
• Experience leading teams and hands‑on software development in complex systems.
• Strong OO design and architectural capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile development environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and oversee software architecture for research platforms across desktop, mobile, and cloud.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design governance.
• Contribute hands‑on coding, prototyping, and design reviews as needed.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance with medical device practices.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, data scientists, and product teams.
