Luminus is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to lead and shape the cybersecurity vision across the organization, including IT, OT, subsidiaries and affiliates. You will drive risk assessment, policy development and governance to protect energy services for millions of customers.

You will collaborate with executives and security teams to align security with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance resilience and operational efficiency across the group.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in information security with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate security requirements into business value and communicate with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a company-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, prioritize and report cybersecurity risks to executives and governance bodies.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and governance frameworks across the organization and affiliates.
• Build and manage the cybersecurity roadmap to strengthen resilience, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, business leaders, the Data Protection Officer and security teams to align security activities.
• Represent the company to regulators, auditors and external partners and chair the Information Security Forum.
