argenx is seeking a Principal Scientist Bioanalytics in Belgium to lead BA strategy for late-stage clinical programs and act as SME on PK/PD and immunogenicity for large molecules. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring regulatory alignment and high-quality data.

The role focuses on on-site leadership in Ghent with a dynamic biotech environment. The candidate will drive bioanalytical method development and validation, oversee outsourcing, and support regulatory

Qualifications

• PhD and extensive industry experience in bioanalytical sciences (large molecules).
• Strong expertise in PK/PD and immunogenicity assay development/validation.
• Experience leading bioanalytical programs and interactions with regulatory authorities.

Responsabilités

• Define bioanalytical strategies for assigned programs and ensure execution.
• Collaborate with external labs and other development functions to reach program goals.
• Provide SME input on regulatory documentation and submissions.
