The role demands strong data-entry skills, experience with tracking systems, and the ability to adapt priorities as business needs shift. You will communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely, compliant shipping and uninterrupted

Responsabilités

• Receive, log, and assign incoming samples to the lab with accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute and manage kit shipments from customer requests.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage to support operations.
• Monitor daily workflow and reporting to keep operations efficient.
• Support customer inquiries and other site shipping tasks.
