Avantor is seeking a versatile associate to provide on-site laboratory and logistics support at Baxter in Belgium. The role emphasizes service, attention to detail, and adaptability across operations including stock management, ordering, and shipment handling.

The candidate will work in a dynamic environment, support warehouse activities, and ensure traceability and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams. Fluency in English is required, with flexibility for site-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory support, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management is an asset.
• Good understanding of stock management principles.
• Ability to work with computerized inventory and ordering systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and label laboratory materials and mobile phases per procedures.
• Support receipt, preparation, storage, and shipment of samples.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and liaise with couriers.
