Avantor Sciences is seeking a Lab Support Associate – Order Management to oversee the full ordering cycle for laboratory materials, from entry through invoicing, including receiving goods on site in Belgium.

You will enter orders, monitor supplier activity, resolve invoicing or quantity discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and distribution of materials for pharmaceutical and biological workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end order management in a lab/pharma environment.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba and strong documentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with finance and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Enter orders (biological, consumables, chemicals) in SAP/Ariba as needed and provide backup when necessary.
• Monitor orders with suppliers and track delivery dates.
• Handle discrepancies (invoicing, quantity errors) and coordinate with finance.
• Receive goods, check storage conditions, and ensure proper distribution.
