Pauwels Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading insurer for an AI Center of Excellence specialist in Antwerp/Brussels. The role blends hands-on solution development with business enablement to automate processes using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem.

You will design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions, coach citizen developers, and ensure governance and security across Power Platform environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building Microsoft ecosystem solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dataverse.
• 3+ years experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents or similar AI platforms.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong governance, security and lifecycle management in Power Platform environments.
• Translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and scale AI-powered solutions on the Power Platform.
• Create reusable agent patterns, templates, connectors and accelerators.
• Coach citizen developers and business teams in low-code and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain governance and security standards across Power Platform.
