WLG in Brussels is hiring a Power BI reporting specialist to develop the reporting layer over ITSM and asset data at the alliance headquarters. You will join a dedicated capacity team to build fast, accurate dashboards and models.

You will design data models, write DAX, and automate refreshes while collaborating with service owners to translate needs into measurable metrics. This is an on-site, two-phase engagement targeting a six-to-twelve month period.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI development: data modelling, DAX, dashboard design.
• Experience reporting over service management or asset data.
• SQL and the ability to work with the sources directly.
• The professional certifications the requirement asks for, ITIL among them

Responsabilités

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards over service management and asset data.
• Modelling the data so the reports stay fast and stay correct.
• Work with service owners to turn a vague reporting need into a defined measure.
• Automating refreshes and keeping the reporting estate maintainable.
• Explaining what the numbers actually say, including when they are inconvenient.
