Ghent University seeks a Post-doc researcher for the ERC-AdG TransParent project in Belgium. The role involves intensive collaboration with the PI, PhD students and other post-docs to advance longitudinal mixed-methods studies on parenting and migration experiences across several countries.

You will contribute to data collection, analysis, theory development and dissemination of findings, with opportunities for training and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD in Educational Sciences, Social Work or related social sciences discipline.
• Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple researchers.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, interviews).
• Experience researching refugee contexts and unaccompanied minors is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate intensively withPI, other post-doc and PhD students.
• Coordinate data collection and analyses across multiple studies.
• Develop theoretical models bridging child migration and family studies.
• Disseminate findings through scientific publications and public channels.
• Coordinate overall project activities and timelines.
