Overview

This role as Portfolio Analyst focuses on turning data into insights that contribute to better decisions, stronger client relationships and optimal results. You bridge data, business and operational teams with analyses, models and strategies to improve performance and translate complex data into concrete recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize portfolios: conduct deep analyses of the performance of various servicing and investment portfolios; identify trends, deviations and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and improve collection models and strategies based on data insights.
- Apply scoring and segmentation to further improve results.
- Monitor performance and translate insights into concrete actions.
- Reporting and dashboards: develop clear, visually appealing reports and dashboards; track key KPIs and performance indicators; present analyses and insights to internal stakeholders and management; support data-driven decision making.
- Support account management and clients by providing relevant data insights to account management teams; assist in strategic management of client relationships and portfolios; proactively identify opportunities and risks based on data; act as a substantive sparring partner for internal teams and clients.
- Continuous improvement and innovation: identify process and service points for improvement; set up and guide A/B testing to validate hypotheses; analyze results and translate into recommendations; contribute to innovative uses of data and technology.
- Profitability and performance: monitor pricing, margins and profitability; collaborate with Finance and Sales to balance client value with business results; contribute to further optimization of services and outcomes.
Jouw profiel / Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Applied Economic Sciences, Statistics or a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical insight; critical and results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL is a plus.

- Base salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience;
