We Proudly Serve Starbucks, Antwerp/Rotterdam-based Credit Manager position, is seeking a strategic leader to manage a large international portfolio and ensure growth is supported by strong controls and cash performance. You will own the portfolio, lead a credit function, define limits, and drive governance through the Credit Committee while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

The role requires a Master’s in finance or economics, 10+ years in credit management, and fluency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in credit management or accounts receivable in an international context.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to translate insights into action.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and German are a plus.
