FEPS – Foundation for European Progressive Studies in Brussels seeks a Policy Analyst for Gender Equality to substantiate FEPS’ work in this field. The role requires designing and steering a portfolio of FEPS projects, overseeing research, and contributing to policy debates across European levels.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in gender equality, strong research skills, and fluency in English plus a second European language. Employment starts January 2027 in Brussels, Belgium.

Competenze

• MA or MSc in a relevant field; PhD considered asset
• 5+ years of professional experience in gender equality
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research experience
• Excellent written and spoken English plus a second European language
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and timelines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
