Jan De Nul invites a Project Management Officer to join Aalst office, supporting PM teams across Offshore Energy and Dredging Solutions. You will ensure clear workflows, tool utilization, and documentation standards, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

A structured, analytical mindset and effective communication are essential. You will help maintain and improve PMO processes, train colleagues in digital tools, and contribute to the development of standards and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and ideally experience in a project environment.
Structured and analytical mindset with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Analyse and optimise project management processes to create efficient workflows.
Ensure consistent application of agreed ways of working and perform quality checks.
Manage project information and documentation, keeping it complete and accessible.
Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to standards and best practices.
Support implementation and optimisation of project management tools and train users.
Maintain internal knowledge platforms and training materials, update as needed.
