Responsibilities / Tasks

As PMO/Program Manager, you are responsible for maintaining oversight of our project portfolio and ensuring that projects are aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives. You transform project data into actionable insights, enabling management and project teams to make well-informed decisions. You will act as the central coordination point between project managers, functional teams and leadership, ensuring visibility of project performance, risks, resource utilization and key milestones. Through accurate reporting, portfolio governance and continuous improvement, you help drive successful project execution across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and digital skills who is eager to grow into a broader strategic PMO or Portfolio Management position in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Affinity with AI applications and digital technologies that improve efficiency and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a project, PMO, portfolio management or business analytics environment is preferred.
• A proactive attitude and ambition to develop towards a more strategic PMO leadership role.
