GEA Germany GmbH in Wommelgem, Belgium is seeking a PMO/Program Manager to drive portfolio visibility and data-informed decision making. You will turn project data into actionable insights and align initiatives with strategic goals.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, coordinate cross-functionally, and support executives with portfolio recommendations. The role supports hybrid work, international collaboration, and capacity to grow into broader PMO leadership.

Qualifications

Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent English written and spoken communication.
Experience in PMO, portfolio management or business analytics.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Proactive attitude with ambition to grow into strategic PMO leadership.

Responsabilités

Maintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.
Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
Collect, analyze and consolidate project data into insights.
Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, risks and resource utilization.
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.
Ensure governance, reporting standards and PM processes.
Identify portfolio-wide risks, dependencies and escalation points.
Drive improvement of portfolio management tools and reporting methods.
Facilitate communication between project managers, teams and senior stakeholders.
