Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Project Management Officer in Hoboken, Belgium. This hands-on PMO role coordinates project workstreams, tracks milestones, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications to translate scope into a comprehensive plan.

Requires 5+ years in PMO roles, experience in warehousing/logistics, and strong MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus. On-site, 6 months contract, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as PMO Officer or project coordinator.
• Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain projects.
• Experience in industrial project organization (production, chemicals, metals, or similar).
• Experience with budget follow-up and cost tracking at project level.
• Experience with reporting and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Translate remediation scope into an integrated project plan with scope, workstreams, deliverables, milestones, owners, resources, dependencies, and decisions.
• Consolidate handover from the initial crash-action phase into the integrated project plan, including ongoing interventions and costs.
• Maintain master planning and ensure alignment between technical works, safety, operational constraints, and other workstreams.
• Track actions and deliverables across internal stakeholders, engineering partners, contractors, and temporary support.
• Prepare and document project and steering meetings: agenda, presentations, minutes, and actions.
