Job summary

Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg is seeking a PLM Functional Consultant to lead and support PLM deployment and transformation projects across industries including Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial Equipment and Pharma & Life Sciences. You will design processes, configure PLM platforms and drive change management in Belgium and internationally.

Key tasks include requirements workshops, data governance, BOM management and training end users.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in PLM, product data management or engineering consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one PLM platform (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill, or a consumer goods-focused PLM platform).
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle and engineering processes: BOM management, engineering change, data governance, lifecycle workflows.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French and/or Dutch; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering workshops and process design sessions with client teams.
• Analyse and map current product development and engineering processes.
• Contribute to functional solution design, configuration and testing of PLM platforms.
• Own user stories and functional specifications across one or more PLM workstreams.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing and validation.
• Communicate PLM concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal knowledge sharing.
• Work in international project teams, collaborating with Accenture’s global Engineering and PLM network.
