NOVA Engineering in Belgium is seeking a Senior Automation Software Engineer to own the complete software lifecycle within demanding industrial automation projects.

You will lead software activities, develop, test, install and maintain industrial solutions, ensure quality and validation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

On-site work is required three days a week in Halle or nearby Wommelgem, with a strong focus on productivity, sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SCL, STL, LAD, and SQL.
• Experience with Schneider Drives is a strong asset.
• Dutch language skills are an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and software engineering
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SCL
  • STL
  • LAD
  • SQL
• Experience with Schneider Drives is a strong asset
• Knowledge of .NET is a plus
• Dutch is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site 3 days per week in the Halle or Wommelgem region
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
