Nova Engineering is seeking a Senior Automation Software Engineer to lead software activities within complex automation projects. You will develop, test and maintain industrial software aligned with validation standards, serving as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in automation, strong TIA Portal/SCL/STL/LAD/SQL skills, and a willingness to work 3 days on-site in Belgium. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation and industrial software development.
• Strong knowledge of TIA Portal, SCL, STL, LAD, and SQL.
• Experience with Schneider Drives is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of .NET is a valuable plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation and industrial software development.
• Strong knowledge of TIA Portal, SCL, STL, LAD, and SQL.
• Experience with Schneider Drives is considered a strong asset.

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work 3 days per week on-site in the Halle or Wommelgem area.
