Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks a Senior Talent Technology and Platform Solution Lead to own the technology direction, architecture, and delivery of Talent platforms. You will define the technical roadmap, guide solution decisions, and coordinate internal teams and partners across SAP SF, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Boomi, and GoAnywhere.

You will lead platform strategy, architecture and integrations, ensuring alignment with audit requirements and long-term operational expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology platform ownership and solution leadership.
• Experience in HR technology or SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, middleware, IAM, data flows, cloud services, and security requirements.
• Good knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite; Boomi/GoAnywhere or similar platforms are a plus.
• Proven ability to define target architectures, integration patterns, roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and risk mitigation.
• Clear communicator with strong project management; English mandatory, Dutch preferred.

Job description

As a Talent Technology and Platform Solution Lead, you’ll own the technology direction, architecture, delivery, and day-to-day evolution of Talent platforms.

You’ll define the technical roadmap, guide solution decisions, and coordinate internal teams and external partners across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform, Integration Suite, Boomi, and GoAnywhere. You’ll make sure platform changes meet business needs, technology standards, audit requirements, and long-term operational expectations.

Your missions

• Own the Talent technology platforms from strategy and architecture through roadmap definition, delivery, operations, and continuous evolution.
• Translate business needs, provider roadmaps, platform assessments, audit findings, and technology risks into clear priorities and investment proposals.
• Define the target architecture and required integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform, Integration Suite, Boomi, and GoAnywhere.
• Guide integration, data flows, identity and access management, cloud services, environments, security, support models, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and handover.
• Coordinate People Services, Digital Technology teams, product owners, SAP, Flexso, IBM, and other partners while tracking decisions, risks, dependencies, governance, and vendor commitments.

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience in technology platform ownership, solution leadership, enterprise architecture, technology delivery, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with complex enterprise platforms and software-as-a-service solutions. Experience in HR technology or SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, identity and access management, data flows, cloud services, and security requirements.
• Good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite. Experience with Boomi, GoAnywhere, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Proven ability to define target architectures, integration patterns, platform roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and technical risk mitigation actions.
• Clear communicator with strong project management skills, able to coordinate internal teams, technology providers, and external partners. English is mandatory and Dutch is preferred.
