Moro Technology Corporation (MTC) is seeking a Lead Application Platform Owner to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and platforms.

You will own the lifecycle of services, drive roadmaps and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and enable digital transformation through reliable, scalable infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years in IT service management, application ownership, or technical service leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux server platforms for deployment and maintenance.
• Experience in architecting infrastructure for customized application implementations.
• Experience managing license servers and tools like FlexLM/LMtools for renewals.
• Experience administering ALM platforms (e.g., PTC products).
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., AWS ECS) and full-stack infra technologies.
• Experience with integrations, migrations, release management, and disaster recovery.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the lifecycle of business-critical engineering and R&D applications, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and align tech investments with business goals.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, DR activities, and platform enhancements across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects and resolve issues.
• Manage product backlogs, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Oversee licenses, supplier contracts, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets for compliant operations.
• Provide technical leadership and support for application platforms.
