Blue Harvest in Belgium seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect and automate cloud foundations (Azure or on-prem) powering AI-driven solutions for financial clients. You will guide teams, set technical direction, and shape engineering culture as a local thought leader.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation and security, and collaborate with clients to modernize platforms while growing the business impact and market presence.

Qualifications

• Deep Cloud Native expertise with Azure; on-prem as alternative.
• Experience leading AI infrastructure deployments (LLMs, multi-agent systems).
• Strong DevOps culture: build, run, automate, secure platforms.
• Excellent English communication and market visibility in tech communities.

Responsabilités

• Design and build robust, secure, scalable platforms on Azure or on-prem.
• Lead AI infrastructure: automate deployment, serving, monitoring of LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Mentor engineers and champion DevOps, automation, and security improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to modernize tech stacks, optimize costs, drive innovation.
• Contribute to internal R&D, hackathons, open source, and community initiatives.
• Develop clear career paths and grow a recognized engineering leader.
