Capgemini, via its Blue Harvest unit, seeks a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, automate, and scale Azure-based platforms (with on-prem options). You will guide teams, set technical direction, and shape engineering culture, while growing your market impact.

You will mentor engineers, drive DevOps practices, and partner with clients to modernize tech stacks, reduce costs, and push AI-driven innovation. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong cloud architecture skills across Azure and optional AWS/GCP.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm and service meshes.
• Proficiency in MLOps tooling (Azure ML, Databricks) and AI observability.
• Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Fluent in English; strong market vision and network.

Responsabilités

• Design and build robust, secure, and scalable platforms on Azure (or on-prem).
• Lead AI infrastructure efforts: automate deployment, serving, and monitoring of LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps culture with strong automation and security.
